1971 Vintage 56cm Mercian Cycles Vincitore Reynolds 531 Steel Road Bike Frame & Fork Vintage used Mercian Cycles Vincitore English Racing Tour Road Bike Frame & Fork. Heavy Patina English Racing Bike with a deep heritage from Derby England and Frame appears to be from 1971. I believe this is size 56cm. Actual Size is: Seat tube 54.5cm Center to Center or 56cm Center to Top with a 55.5cm center to center top tube, and a 136mm head tube. Frame and Fork are Lightweight Reynolds 531 Steel Tubes with Campagnolo Dropouts. The 1" Threaded Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 120mm Rear Spacing, for a 5 speed freewheel. Serial is 23X71 and from research looks to be from 1971. The Frame is Used, Looks Like Hell, Originally Maroon & White with Lots of touch up and patina, Patina is Cool but frame probably needs new paint, doubt you can improve the look as is, has scratches, decal loss, possible small dents, frame has been kicking around for awhile and most likely need the Derailleur hanger straightened, old vintage frame with amazing lugs, needs work.
