Wrap the ribbon outward around the end of the handlebar giving it a complete turn. Leave the end sticking out a few mm.
While stretching slightly, continue wrapping the ribbon, overlapping the ribbon already applied. Cut excess ribbon and fix with adhesive tape.
Push the excess tape from step 1 into the bar and install end cap.
