Description

Softride bicycles were way ahead of their time, in designing a comfortable road bike. Who knows, if they were still around, they may have made the most awesome gravel bike out there.

This frameset is more suited for endurance road riding and will accept up to 28mm tires (depending on manufacturer, and brake calipers used).

Frameset comes with two forks. The first is the stock cro-moly touring fork with fender and low rider mounts. The second is a Profile BRC carbon 43mm rake fork for a more responsive ride.

Bike weight with cro-moly fork is 7.4# and with carbon fork is 6.6#

Frameset has 4 water bottle mounts (under down tube, top of down tube, under top tube and top of top tube)

Seat rail min from center of bottom bracket is 61cm, seat rail max from center of bottom bracket is 70.5. The beam "sags" a little bit when rider is sitting on it, so actual min and max rail heights will depend on rider weight

SRS 500 carbon beam us suitable for riders up to 160#

there are a few minor chips in paint that have been touched up.
