Raleigh1989 531 Race FRAMESET & HEAD SET only Low Miles beautiful 80's

2/18/23 I revised this & Fixed the SHIPPING COST. (That must have been a typo at a hundred & ninety-eight!) Up for your consideration : Beautiful low miles ( about 350 miles total) 1989 RALEIGH 531 Race in 60.5 CM size (CTC). These frameset offerings were part of their Lightweight Special Products Division and built in England . Gipiemme Dropouts & Fork Ends & 531 tubing on all the 1 inch tubing. The paint jobs were really classy 80's fades ! I'm including a photo or two to show how smart she looks all built up. The dropout adjusters, seatpost clamp , and bottle cage bosses are all original and included, of course .  Otherwise Frame / Fork & Headset only.

Very few minor marks to the white exist mostly on the chain stays and where the rear brake cable housing enters & exits the cable braze ons. There are no dings in the tubing.  There are two marks in the blue on the non drive side that are mostly visible up close (as pictured).
99% of the time she was mounted on my desk , much like the photo  on my dresser when not riding her.
The catalog lists this frame in various sizes. 60.5 is not one of them . so according to their catalogs this is  a 62 cm. From the center of the BB to the very top of the seat tube is 62.
