THE REASON THESE 2 MEASUREMENTS ARE DONE DIFFERENTLY IS THAT THE FRAME HAS AN EXTENDED SEAT TUBE WHICH MAKES THE TOP TUBE A LITTLE LOWER 130mm Rear spacing for 8-9-10-11-12 speed Very mild shopwear, close to perfect. This was delivered to the distributor from Italy in a box and only had the rear wheel, and a few other parts installed. It was disassembled and the frame was left in the box. Never assembled or ridden. FRAMES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. THESE ARE NOT MODERN MADE OR AVAILABLE FRAMES, THEY ARE 30+ YEAR OLD NEW OLD STOCK HANGING OUT IN THE BOX FOR A FEW DECADES OLD.
