Inludes a good set of Contential Ultra Sport 700x23c tires, good tubes also, slight wear marks on wheels mostly  cosmetic on the decals. Both wheels spin smooth and true the front is perfect, with no noticeable variance, the rear has extremely slight only able to see with close study. The 9spd shimano sram 12-23 cassette is in good shape and clean. comes with a matching set of QR skewers also.
