You can't buy a new one. They stopped bike production in 2006 when the cooperative sold out to a private owner. I just bought this beautiful bike from the original owner who rode it a lot when he first got it in California across the Golden gate bridge but hasn't used it much since moving East. I recommend it for riders from 5'10 to 6 ft tall since I find it a little large for me because I'm 5 ft 9 in.
This true temper o x Platinum chromoly steel is like the Reynolds 853 air hardened steel and the Columbus ox steel. The quality is such that lugs are no longer needed.
